Does RTA have any type of long term contracts?
RTA does not believe in long term contracts for residential customers. You should have freedom of choice.
Does RTA charge extra fees or put any caps on data usage?
Unlike many of our competitors, RTA does NOT have any caps or excess data fees. We believe in one price and no limits…..surf and stream as much as you can.
What plan is right for me?

Does RTA give veteran discounts and how can I receive them?

How can my area receive RTA services?
If you cannot find your address in our coverage area, please email or call us and let us know where you are. We will work to see how we can provide you service and keep you updated along the way.
How can I retrieve my bill?
You can view and pay your bill online in the login section. Simply sign in to the LOGIN section and all of your billing features and services are available to you.
